Course Objectives / Description
This course equips learners with the necessary core competencies that will enable them to
excel as service providers in a Food and Beverage environment that serves western cuisine. Besides giving Learners a sound knowledge of Food and Beverage items and preparing them
to deliver prompt and efficient service, the course will devote considerable time in cultivating the “star” qualities of a food and beverage operations personnel, namely the ability to cope with pressure, solve problems, sell products, exercise patience and good judgment, and respond effectively to the changes in the Food and Beverage environment. Learners will attend a compulsory, ability-driven English and Communications module to help them express themselves clearly and effectively.
