Course Objectives / Description
The CFBP course is an eight-day Institutional learning program offered at the Shangri-La Academy.  The course focuses on how to understand, plan, organize  and execute an entire Promotion.  Learners will have an overview of the key departments  involved in the Promotion timetable namely Marketing (including Communications), Finance and Food and Beverage.  They are encouraged to adopt a customer-oriented and creative service mindset.  Besides lectures, training methodologies such as team projects, self  managed learning activities and work integrated exercises are used to encourage flexible and independent learning.  Class presentations, role plays and projects based on real organizational scenarios are used to ensure that Learners develop personal qualities including clear thinking, resourcefulness and the ability to work in a team

Target Participants
  • Full time Level 3 staff (Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers who are directly involved in the Promotions Activities of the Outlet)
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and positive worker, good role model at workplace, identified for job rotation/expansion/promotion or possessing such potential.
  • Above average competence in listening, spoken and written English as English will be the main language of instruction and all assignments are to be submitted in English.
