The CBO is a ten-day institutional program offered at the Shangri-La Academy campus.  It offers a new philosophy in producing great tasting cocktails using fresh ingredients.  Learners are taught how to prepare for the job and become a consistent beverage professional.

  • Full time level 4 (Supervisors i/c of bar operations, wine captains) and level 5 staff
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and positive worker, good role model at workplace, identified for job rotation/expansion/promotion or possessing such potential.
  • Above average competence in listening, spoken and written English as English will be the main language of instruction and all assignments are to be submitted in English.
