It has been brought to our attention that there are individuals misrepresenting Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and issuing fraudulent job offers.

Applicants are being asked for payment and to provide personal data in return for guaranteed employment in Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. Fraudulent job offers are being issued, using Shangri-La's logo and colleagues names. We are investigating this matter further to prevent future fraudulent offers.

Please note that Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts do not request any form of payment from applicants as part of our recruitment process and do not use third party agents representing Shangri-La who charge applicants. If you have any doubt regarding the authenticity of your application process please telephone the Human Resources department of the hotel that you are applying to and they will be happy to verify your application status.
